Hi everybody,
I hope someone gan help me diagnose these crashes and kernel panics. Frequent system crashes corrupted my hard drive beyond repair, so unfortunately I no longer have access to prior panic reports to post here.

However after installing a new hard drive, and installing Snow Leopard from scratch, I continue to experience panics on a daily basis. Sometimes if I attempt to reboot immediately after forcing shut down, the computer beeps loudly and never even makes it to the Apple logo. However, if I leave it powered off for a few minutes, it usually boots up normally and quickly.

Here is my hardware and all avail panic reports.

Thank you for your help!
