Frequent Destinations Notification

For the life of me, I can't get my Apple Watch to show the time to next frequent destination notification as it does on my wife's watch. I have all notifications turned on, all location based settings turned on and have even mimicked the settings identically to my wife's iPhone 6 to my 7 as well. I have 2 Apple Watches and neither will show that notification. Any ideas?
