Frequent Installation Issues in 2018 MBP

Hi, I've had my MBP 2018 15" 2.6Ghz for almost 2 weeks, and one issues that's repeated several times is errors installing things. Mojave had errors installing, and updates from the app store had errors installing. I reformatted, and now a video plugin has failed installing, and a Unity component has failed installing. It's sometimes fixed by re-downloading, and sometimes not fixed. Is this something others are seeing?

I can take a screenshot if it happens again. Like I said, it's happened numerous times, but is usually solved by re-attempting repeatedly. But it's not just one error, it happens all over the place. OS installs, App Store installs, Unity version installs, etc. There isn't a specific window popping up.
