Frequent locations definitely not working

So I've turned on frequent locations for about 2 months already and I have a grand total of 2 visits in my home address and 1 visit in my office address.

What is going on and is this possible to fix?

Mine seems to be working fine. I've had this specific iPhone 5s since Wednesday last week and it shows 11 visits to my home and 8 visits to my work.

Settings>Privacy>Location services>Scroll down to System Services>Frequent Locations is at the bottom.

Should I take it to Apple store or try something else. Seems that this isn't a common problem.

They (the phones) are so clever! They learn where we go and when lol
