I thought it would be a great idea to reinstall OS X on my iMac, since I messed the other one all up by doing things I should not have.

I IMMEDIATELY regret that decision. Sure, all my drivers, apps, and etc. work correctly now, but MAN is it annoying to have to build back all my preferences and settings.

It feels... so... foreign.

Anyone else ever done this after a year+ at customizing things?

Oh come on man!! Don't be negative!!

I love the customizing part because you don't do it every day! This means you are working on something new which is perfect!!!

Can't wait for Snow Leopard!!!!!!!!!:D

I just did it yesterday and I had an immediate regret afterwards as I forgot about my House M.D., Chris Rock & Chappelle's Show Rips. Other than that I'd say it went great and I'm recustomizing to my liking and being careful of what I touch though as last time I deleted something important (OS Files) and it screwed up still useable but bad LoL

Also Snow Leopard is around the corner so I can do it again:D.
