Fresh battery help

Just installed a fresh battery at apple store, paid full price for it like 2 weeks ago. When i first got it health was 100% with 0 cycles, now after 2 weeks I have been taking the laptop out and about, it has 19 cycles and health is 93%!!!

Is that normal? Only about 20 cycles i get 7% reduction of health!? should i be concern about this problem?
