Fresh install, can’t create user account?

So…
I did reinstall macOS and everything are good but I can’t create a user account when I get prompted to do so during the install process.
I don’t get any error it just sits there spinning.

I did in the recovery menu erased the machd first then choose reinstall macOS.

when I force reboot the Mac I get the login window but it don’t take my password.

so I tried in recovery menu reset password but I can’t do that either. So now I’m waiting for a reinstall again but this time no erase on machd.

how do I solve this issue?

The solution;
Remove the MacBook Pro from the find my.
Then reinstall it again.
