Fresh Install - No Default Wallpapers

I did a clean instal of iOS7 and set up as a new phone. The only wallpaper I have is the purple-ish/pink one with the dots. I have NO other default wallpaper. Anyone else seeing this?

Didn't get them the first time then erased the phone again via settings and they appeared.

I had the same issue - saving a photo to my library through dropbox brought them back though. Must have needed to refresh or something.

A similar thing fixed for me as well. As soon as I took a photo and it saved to my camera roll, the default wallpapers showed up.
