Fresh install of El Capitan hangs during boot

So I purchased my 2015 rMBP in June of this past year. I have noticed occasionally when I power it on will hang during boot, about 3 minutes? I did a fresh install and have Macintosh HD selected as my default disk. I do not have any items starting up. It's still doing this. I have a 512GB SSD. I remember my old 2010 MBP with an Intel SSD booting up in less than 30 seconds. Why is this computer doing this? Any advice?

Check the console logs for repeated errors.

Also run First Aid from Disk Utility.
