Fresh Install of Lion but all the old stuff is still on my iMac

Hey,

I've sold my old iMac on eBay and I'm trying to do a fresh install of Lion ready for the new owner, I have created the boot disk on a USB pen drive and I set it away installing this morning but when it has finally finished everything is exactly how it was before the new install, all my files, music, safari, photos everything!

Does anyone know how I get it to do a full wipe and a fresh install?
