So I just upgraded from an old iPhone 4S to a new 5S and, as I continue to update, it keeps wanting me to enter a friend's Apple account password. I never connected my phone to her computer, which would be a PC (I use macs), but she does at times send me music - that's the only reason that I can think of that it wants her password.

How can I get rid of this message and the offending app or song? Is there a way to isolate what it is of hers that is on my phone but shouldn't be in order to remove it?
