Friend's MacBook's Webcam not working in browser

Hey all,

Normall I post for myself but it seems that a friend who uses a Mac is having problems getting her iSight not working in Safari or Firefox. It however works within Skype or something like that. What would be your solutions to this problem. Sorry I can't go in to much detail with the issue. Even generic answers are better than nothing..if you can. Thanks!

Usually a browser requiring webcam has to ask permission before its able to utilize the webcam. There should have been a pop up or something similar asking to allow or deny use of the webcam.
