For Christmas, a friend of mine had gotten an iPhone 4. He has a Zune, and now uses both iTunes and the Zune software, so while he was transferring his music to iTunes, the majority of his library will not show the album artwork. Now, I don't know that much about computers, and was wondering if anyone knew why album artwork isn't showing.

Thanks in advance.

Maybe Zune doesn't store the album artwork in the mp3 files, but somewhere else? So when iTunes loads the files it doesn't know the mp3's are associated with any album artwork.

If you highlight an album/song and go to Advances/Get Album Art, iTunes will find the artwork for you (in most cases).

I forgot to mention that, when I select "Find Album Artwork", eight times out of ten, it won't recognize the song.
