'Friends' not syncing to watch

On the initial syncing of my watch, the favorites list on my iPhone was transferred over to the 'friends' screen on the watch. Now when I add names via my watch iPhone app, it doesn't update on the friends screen of my watch. Even if I add more favorites to my iPhone, it still doesn't sync to my watch. Anyone else having this issue?

For new friends, go to the watch app on your phone. Then Friends. Then add your friends under the current list of friends.

I had this as well.

same. initially it grabbed my favorites but had to add the others manually later. No big deal.

Did that and it just wouldn't sync. I randomly decided to switch around the order of my friends in the watch app on my iPhone and then everyone showed up.

Glitchy software I guess.
