Hi guys,
I got some Busch Jäger Friends of Hue switches and set them up in the Hue app. I then did the further configuration in the Apple Home app. Everything is working but I have one minor issue.
I'd like that if I turn my light on via the switch that it JUST powers the light on. But apparently the Home App always saves a color. So e. g. when I tell Siri to turn the light blue, then turn it off via the switch and turn it back on via the switch it is always white. I can also change thus color in the Home app but is there the possibility that the Home app doesn't save the color at all and instead the light just goes on?
Thanks and best wishes
Chris
EDIT: Figured it out. When holding on the light (as I did) the brightness adjustment thingy and color picker comes up. Under the light it e. g. displays "100%". But when you just tap on the light you can toggle between "Activate" and "Deactivate". So now I have it set to "Activate" and it just turns on without switching to a specific color.
