Hey, Fring was just released to the App Store, and it's great because you can make free calls using skype.

However, they limit you to make these calls over wi-fi (presumably because AT&T doesn't want people using buckets of data/want's them to use their network so they get $$$)....do you think it's possible to alter the app so it works over 3G as well? (Jailbroken phone, of course).

Is there anyway to make the iphone think it's on wifi, when it isn't?

I'd like to know more about this too, to bypass the 10MB app limit when downloading from the App Store on 3G.
