I was very hesitant to get the bigger watch last year when it came out (woman with medium sized wrists) so I went with the 38. I do love it but I'm considering selling it to a friend and getting the 42. The problem is I have so many 38mm bands! I have watched two short YouTube videos showing how the small band fit's ok on the larger watch but wondered if anyone had any real life experience with it.
I dont mind the look of a thinner band with a larger face but am concerned with two things: 1) a secure fit & 2) I don't want the gaps to look stupid... they didnt in the video but it's really hard to tell.
I'm thinking this hasn't been much of an issue up until now but with current watch owners possibly upgrading soon I'm guessing I'm not the only one with this question.
