So it looks like the new MacBook Pro 13 with Touch bar has only 49.2 Wh of battery compared to 74.9Wh in the old MacBook Pro.
Yet, both are supposed to have 10 hours of battery when browsing the web.
Is the new processor really that much more efficient?
Has anyone already tested the battery life on the new laptops?

I think in the few hours it's out we haven't been able to do battery stress tests that take a weekend.

The answer is #soon :) By this time next week I am sure we have some awesome reviews of these super fast machines.
I think one of the benefits of 40gbit speeds, is that we dont need a laptop on battery powering an external drive to transfer x gb for y hours, and that it can be done in minutes instead, saving significant battery life.
