I know there's a thread on this but I'm not sure if I did something wrong or not..I was on beta 6, waited for iTunes 11.1, installed it. Then plugged my phone in to set up as new, went and did its thing now went to activate it and it won't. Just wondering if something went wrong or the servers are down like everyone is saying? Thank you

I expect it is due the servers that are being hammered...
You can try to activate without iTunes. Just restore and disconnect from the computer and setup via Wifi. Maybe that helps.

We'll I'm stuck on the welcome screen of the phone, I selected my country, wifi, then that's where it won't activate...
Okay... sorry to hear that.
I think it's the servers... On an iPhone 4S the iOS 7 update won't verify.
Could be a few hours yet, I'm afraid.
Ok, I thought it had something to do with me being on beta but I set up as new so I though I couldn't go wrong. Thanks
