From El Capitan to Mountain Lion

i buyed a Macbook Pro 17 eraly 2008 with os x el capitan installed!!! some device are unvailable !! i have os x mountain lion .dmg file !! i tried to make bootable usb but it doesnt let me install they always says error plaese try again !! what to do ??? any program windows friendly or mac ?? thanks
