From iMovie 9 to 11

I have iMovie 9 installed and downloading iMovie 11... Do I need to uninstall iMovie 9 before?.. or it just upgrades?

If so.. how do I uninstall iMovie 9?.. drag it to trash?

Just install iMovie11. It will install on top of 9.
