From NZ but planning to buy a MBP off US site

Hi Guys,

I'm heading off to NY next week and I want to buy a refurbed Macbook pro (http://store.apple.com/us/product/FB986LL/A?mco=MTA4MzQ4NjU) off the apple store.

Obviously, being from NZ, i do not have an american billing address. I do, however, have an american address i can ship it to.

My question is how can I use my NZ credit card to buy the MBP off the US apple store? I'm looking at using Entropay or something but maybe there is a better/easier way?

As far as I know they only accept Credit Cards with an US billing address.

I don't think you can use your NZ Credit Card. The billing address must be in the USA.

Maybe you could try a bank deposit/transfer once you arrive in the US?

Maybe have a trusted friend buy it for you from the US .
with wire the money, visa prepaid cards or etc

I don't about you, but my uncle ordered his 17inch MBP using his Indian credit card (he lives in india and someone took the MBP to india for him) in august.

maybe you can call apple and ask them...good luck with your new purchase!
