A lot of snaps: Use Automator. Or just stop using Grab and take your screenshots using cmd-shift-3, cmd-shift-4 and cmd-shift-4 then space (to capture one window). If you don't like the default file format from the built in screen capture, change it using something like TinkerTool or Deeper. Enjoy.
