For the UK. And just starting down this road and looking at using the apple home kit compatible in the main. Will get Phillips Hue etc. But liking the video doorbell at the moment. Why not, for the hell of it.
I might be a bit down on my google fu but I see that there are a few (3??) that have a record on line with an annual fee. Trying to weigh up the pros and cons, security I suppose, a local hard drive can go missing and on line is easier to set up. No one does a local hard drive?
However, I seem to see one real option for for my needs in plug and play, Ring. Have I missed anything? Skybell and August (I think, in the UK).
