Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem I have with Front Row 2 on Leopard, which I've seen happen on both my Mac Mini G4 and my iBook G4.

Sometimes video files (divx xvid videos, iTunes store videos, wmv videos) will start playing with the videos at 2 x the normal speed. Audio plays normally however, but with the video speed, they go out of sync pretty quickly. First I thought it was caused by the Perian codecs, but when I tried on my iBook, which never got Perian installed, I got the same symptoms.

To solve it, I have to get out of the video (by pressing menu on the remote), then get back into the video. I do this about 3 times and this seems to sort the problem.

I did a clean install on both machines. Please let me know if you have a solution to this problem. Thanks

I have the same problem, i've concluded it's a PPC problem... I too did a clean install, but none of my intel friends have this issue :-/
