Front Row Makes a playlist in Itunes

I hate that it does this...is there anyway to get it to stop making playlists in itunes everytime i use front row?
 
It sometimes happens to me. But normally it doesn't create a new playlist.

I also searched for a way to disable this, but with no success so far.
 
ok thanks...if anyone else knows how to do it let me know. is there any apple script i can use?
