Front Row Music (album, artist) artwork is it possible

Maybe i missed a trick here..

I have front row on my mac mini looking at my music from my macbook pro (using sources selecting macbook pro) im curious.. Does front row display the artist, or album artwork for the playing song? or is there a way to force it to?

also as a side note..

i can get all my TV shows and movies to turn up in movies on front row. but when i copied them into the itunes music/movies or /Tv Shows folders they would not be viewable. I have set them up as alais folders cos i have all the video files on externals and itunes doesnt like avi's n such does it?

...i wish there would be a universal format.. in my experience on mac at least avi is easy to deal with.. apart from itunes!!
