I tried to install Front Row just before and it got about 10% through installing then stops and tells me to try to install later, it doesn't say it encountered and error though. Does anyone why this is happening? I am using Mac OS 10.4.7 if this matters.

Why are you installing front row? It comes already installed.

Run the software update and download everything it gives you. You're going to need to go to 10.4.8 - they release these things for a reason so you should be using the most recent versions of all the software.

Press the Menu button on the remote.

Or, command-escape.

It's not an application in that it's not in the Applications folder, it's a part of the OS, like the dock, or exposé. Yes it's an app but not in the same way that say Safari is an app.
