Hello all,
Anyone help troubleshoot an issue I've been having for sometime now?
Basically at random the frontmost window of any app I am working in will loose focus and recede to the background as if I clicked something else. It doesn't change to another app. The active window simply becomes inactive requiring me to click it again to continue doing whatever task I was in the progress of doing.
Im currently on a fresh install of Mojave on a brand new computer as well but it has been happening for several months on my last computer and High Sierra too.
It happens at no discernible times or frequency. Sometimes once every few hours and other times it can happen 4 or 5 times an hour.
Since it is after a fresh install I don't have a whole lot installed on the machine yet but I'm just not quite sure how to go about tracking down the culprit. Anyway to tell immediately after the issue happens?
Heres a list of what I've installed since getting the new computer:
Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Photoshop
Corel Painter 2019
Wacom Driver for 27" Cintiq
BetterSnapTool
Screens Connect
And here are the specs for my machine:
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
4.2 GHz Intel Core i7
64 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Radeon Pro 580 8192 MB
Additional Display: Wacom Cintiq Touch 27"
Any ideas on how to troubleshot? Anyone with a similar issue? Solution?
Much thanks in advance.
-Dom
