iPod frontrow theater trailers not loading

for sometime now I can not get my frontrow theater trailers to load. I've tried to reinstall quicktime but still nothing.

the movies show up but when I click on it, it shows the move rating screen then just says "loading trailer"

I have highspeed internet and checked my download speed. should be excellent.

any ideas into why they are not loading?

checked my qt settings and itunes settings also.

nothing gets them to load.
