Frost wire dont wanna work on mac but will for PC

my frostwire is being really retarded, i dunno whats going on maybe you guys can help. when i run frostwire it connects and sometimes give me a good connection, but when I go to download a something it always says "connecting.." and ill never get any further.

I don't think you'll find much help on here if you're using a program like that.
