Okay...so over the past 2 days my iMac (25 days old) has frozen twice.
Each time it has frozen the mouse will still move around...but nothing functions.

I've had to restart it from the power source.
Could this be Lion, or my machine?

I tried the equivalent of Control-Alt-Delete and nothing happened (if I was doing it right)...so any advice?

Could be either. 90% sure it's Lion. My Mac has gone ******* since downloading Lion. Random freezes, glitchy graphics, etc. None of this happened until i upgraded to Lion.

It happened one time before...but twice in two days.

Hopefully everything gets worked out.

What's the equivalent to Control Alt Delete on a Mac?

If you're getting the freezing most of us are getting on Lion, only powering the computer off works.

It's happened twice today.

It happens every time I load a video on YouTube.

I mean, YouTube still works, but when it does freeze...it's when I'm trying to watch a YouTube video.

Damn you Flash...and Adobe! lol

Thanks man.

Yeah my ***** all messed up like everyone else's.

I was worried because my Air was fine...c'mon iMac! lol

Yeah. Not sure what the deal is. Apparently it's already been reported to Apple so they know about it. We can hopefully expect a fix with 10.7.1 update.

I doubt it. I have the combo update with 10.7.2 beta and my system still freezes 2-3 times per day. I hope like hell we don't have to wait for 10.7.3 to fix this. If not .1, i hope it gets added to .2 soon.
