Frozen iPhone won't respond after using BigBoss - bricked and won't restart

On my iPhone 1.1.4, and now the phone seems to be "DEAD"

This is what I did:
I installed BigBoss. After that, I selected "move fonts". After 30 seconds, the screen went dark (BigBoss was still visible), no response from phone whatsoever. However iTunes did recognize the phone (should have at this point done a restore)

However I held down 'power' and 'home' to reset, and now the phone freezes during startup - At the apple logo / spinning wheel, it spins for a while, then stops. that's it. nothing. If i force a restart, same thing. iTunes doesn't recognize it.

ZiPhone doesn't recognize the phone either....

I hope someone can help :-(

I had this happen after using Boss Tools too. Here is the answer:

Plug the phone into the computer with iTunes running.

Hold the sleep and home button until the apple logo appears then let go of the sleep button and keep holding the home button until itunes asks you to restore it.

Restore to 1.1.4 and use iLiberty/pwnage to jailbreak/unlock
