i fully charged the battery to 100% then followed it and let the battery run down to 20 - 19% and then what ? .... sum thing bout 6 days till another battery check thing ..... what the point of that all was nothing ... it didn't tell me anything

Just use your Mac as you wish, to hell with those apps. Apps like coconutbattery is just for the user to check battery health. You aren't obliged to do anything.
