Fruitmenu equilivent?

Some things i really miss from my powerpc days....


simple things.... fruitmenu. being able to costumize my fruitmenu...

being able to costumize my contextual menu with things like "consolodate selected in new folder" and "send to ___________"

what is this enabling folder action business? configure folder actions... it asks me to find something and find what?! i ask!
