Frustration with Law School Personal Statement

Well, not frustrated but more like perplexed. I have a great story about myself to share nut stuck on making the transition from background to why law school. I also am struggling with just how much I want to reveal about myself.


Sigh, any tips out there?

It's really hard to help you without any information about your topic or yourself. Can you post some samples, like your opening paragraph? If you don't feel comfortable posting publicly, you can PM as well.

It would also help to know which schools you're applying to. Some schools have different emphases than others and what makes a good personal statement for one won't always be a good one for another.
