FTP help

I'm trying to access my company's FTP site and i'm having a lot of trouble...

i've tried to use cyberduck, no luck...i put in the FTP site address, but it still tells me that it can't find or connect to the site..

if you can easily explain how to get this done, i'd appreciate it.
