I was wondering if it was possible to run a FTP server on my MacBook pro running OSX lion?

My Mac is behind a wireless router. I want to be able to access the FTP server at school.

I have a budget of $0.

Thanks

Edit:
I know how to turn on FTP access using the terminal.

Yeah it's possible.

Google it though, there are articles out there that can explain it better than I ever can.

I found a few articles, but most of them are for SL. I also do not know how to use services like no-ip and opendns to use with my mac???
