FTP Software seeing Keynote files as Folders??

I've tried using both Transmit and Dreamweaver to upload keynote files (.key) to my server, as I've done many times before. However, both Transmit and Dreamweaver are trying to upload them as folders. Then when linking to the "title.key" file, it just goes to that directory instead of downloading the file :confused:

Any help?
