FTP sync app

Can anyone recommend a good backup/sync tool with the following features:

  • Sync 2 folders
  • Support FTP
  • Scheduler
  • Rules (i.e. control over what gets copied)
I've tried
  • Transmit (no scheduler)
  • Synk (really confusing UI and would freeze when I tried to cancel a sync)
  • AASync (kept crashing)
Its doesn't have to be freeware.
