Full access for emoji keyboards, safe?

My wife installed Kevmoji, as did I, it says it needs full access to our keyboard with the warning we all see. How safe is it to allow full access? we're totally skeptical thoughts? We just want to communicate via Kevin Hart

I have SwiftKey and swiftemoji and allowed them full access since they allowed third party keyboards and haven't had any issues. Just read the reviews IMHO
