full bars with iphone 4s, no internet.. what the!!

at school and at home i get full bars of 3g and my internet doesnt work at all! my sisters iphone 4 right next to my 4s loads up the internet super fast. WTF!!!

im on 5.0.1 jailbroken

I was having that issue on Verizon. It seems to have cleared up. Try hard resetting it a couple of times.
