Full Body Protection compatible with Bumper?

Is a Zagg, Wrapsol etc FULL-BODY (including sides) compatible with the Bumper's case made by Apple or should I just install the front and back?

The reason I ask this is because I'm worried dust and particles might get through the bumpers case on the side.

Yes it is. I have a full body and on the sides too and the bumper fits great. Actually the ones on the sides help the bumper fit very snug and it DOES NOT peel the corners of the film back. It is the perfect combination in my opinion.
