Full body screen protector + defender?

Hey guys! I work in a very active environment. When I get home I always take my I5 out of the defender. I want to protect it then, so I was looking at skinomi full body skin and it looks great. I had a few questions thought -


If I apply full skinomi skin, will it fit inside the otterbox defender fine? Will it mess with the built in screen protector/skinomi protector?

Will the skinomi have the orange peel effect like many zaggs do?
