Full desktop websites default

With the 6 Plus real estate screen, I'd like all websites to display in their full desktop versions, is there a way to enable this for all websites using Safari??

Not without a jailbrake as the iPhone will identify itself as a mobile device. You can use another browser like atomic for example and set it to mimic a desktop browser.

Not sure if Apple thought out the bigger device. I can understand mobile sites on screens 4.7< we need these small configuration options.

Worst comes to worst iOS 8 Safari has the request desktop site option.

Yeah aside from a jailbreak tweak of some sort, using another browser that might support something like that would essentially be the only other option it seems.
