Full Disk Encryption with Boot Camp?

I've been trying to use a full disk encryption tool on my MacBook Pro, but I have Boot Camp and REFit installed...I was wondering if there is going to be a way for me to do this. I have a deep fear of screwing up the boot screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated =)
