In iOS 26.0.1 I can no longer take full page screenshots in Safari.

The Screen-Full Page bar at the top of the screenshot page that should be there is missing.

Is anyone else running into this problem?

I'm still baffled why the bar is completely gone in the screenshot window for me in iOS 26.0.1

Thanks for the screenshot. The web reports a long-standing bug in iOS where the full-page option disappears if Safari is opened from inside a Home Screen folder. It seems tied to how the app initializes. Have you moved Safari into a folder on the Home Screen? If so, take it out and try again.

If this doesn't works, it could be a device-specific glitch. Try resetting Safari settings (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data).

I had Safari on my home screen on the first page -- not in a folder.

But I just found out what the problem was!

I had Safari locked behind Face ID. For some reason, when you do that, the full-page option disappears! When I removed the Face ID authentication requirement to open Safari, the full-page screenshot option reappears!

Voila! So maybe using FaceID authentication changes the way the app initializes, similar to how putting it into a folder does.
