Hey,

Ahead of the Lion release, I want to restore my MacBook to factory settings (to Leopard, and then run the Snow Leopard installer) and then restore documents, applications, etc from Time Machine.

Is this as easy as I'm making it out to be? Should it be like this:

  • Run restore from the discs that came in the box.
  • Run the Snow Leopard install disc.
  • Restore files and apps from Time Machine.

Also, at what point should I restore from Time Machine? Before or after I install SL?

Thanks for the help!
