Full Screen browser apps (safari, chrome)

Is there anyway to run these in full screen but have the URL address bar stay in place rather that hiding and showing?

It stays there for me. You can toggle via "view" / "hide / show toolbar"

In Safari under View select Always Show Bookmark Bar. In Chrome there is no native full screen mode for Lion. You can go fullscreen, but its not treated as such by Lion and in Chrome there's no way I can see to always show the bookmark bar and address bar.

Ok, guess not for now then, I mainly use chrome. Hopefully this will be fixed later.
