Full screen caller ID work around?

Is there a way to get the photo for caller ID back to full screen mode in iOS 7.1.1? I thought that I read somewhere that if you have a photo stored on your phone for a contact that full screen caller ID would indeed work instead of the dumb thumbnail.

No, you can't do anything about it now. What you're talking about was relevant in earlier versions of iOS.

Yeah, there is no setting that you can adjust. It's all Apple people that decide that. And they have a reputation of not listening to their buyers.
